Sisters residents oppose ODOT plan

Locals say passing lanes outside town will cause problems, ruin town's charm

SISTERS - Toward the end of July, Bend residents Gloria Doherty, 66, and Clarence Doherty, 78, hooked their fifth wheel up to their truck and took off to Florence for an auto show.

Just west of Sisters on U.S. Highway 20, an antsy driver zoomed past them from behind.
