Surprise! Surprise! Another oil supply crisis at Prudhoe Bay, just in time to bump prices yet again before Labor Day travel. Funny how this seems to occur twice each year - just before Memorial Day and again just before Labor Day.

And, of course, any flimsy excuse bounces the price at the pump....
