Franklin Avenue between Bond Street and Lava Road, near downtown Bend, will be closed nightly, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., beginning Sunday, according to a news release from KN Exco Inc., a Bend construction company.

Crews will be repaving the road during the closures, which will last through....
