Red, Hot, Black and White.
It's the name of Arts Central's annual fundraiser, to be held Sept. 16 in Bend. But it's also the theme for artists and art patrons to honor at a costume party being thrown Friday, Sept. 1 at the Mirror Pond Gallery, in advance of the gala.
