Rolling on the river wasn't really Casper's idea, but that's exactly what the dog did Aug. 7.

I was walking my two dogs at the park and letting them frolic in the water when their leashes tangled, and 11-year old Casper - a white Cocker Spaniel - was pulled away by the river current, 6-foot....
