The derogatory comment by Redmond City Councilor Joe Mansfield in The Bulletin on Aug. 6 regarding Becky Johnson was totally uncalled for.

Becky is truly a great lady. She has devoted her life to Redmond and its citizens. She is beloved by all who know her.

Joe, you owe her a public....
