Local youngster to compete in rail jam

Ben Watts of Bend is scheduled to compete in the Vans Invitational's Snowboard Rail Jam tonight at the Rose Quarter in Portland.

The rail jam is a specialty competition at the event, which features 150 professional athletes in skateboarding, BMX and freestyle motocross.
