Virgil "Gene" Eugene Dixon, of Prineville, died Tuesday of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was 49.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Missionary Baptist Church in Prineville. Pastor Jack Collier will officiate.
