A fire broke out around 10 a.m. Thursday in a home at 325 N. Locust St. in Sisters when a candle was left burning on a table in the kitchen, according to a news release from the Des-chutes County Sheriff's Office.
A 42-year-old woman who was home at the time of the fire made it out of the house....
