Here's a good searching pattern out of Missouri from the desk of Ed Story, as described in Woolly Wisdom by Gary Soucie. A fly that can be fished wet or dry, it is a good suggestive pattern to use in summer and early fall when fish are used to feeding on terrestrial bugs.
