La Pine man killed in accident

A La Pine man was killed around 2:25 a.m. Tuesday when he was thrown from his car after crashing into a semitrailer on U.S. Highway 97 near La Pine, according to a release from the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.

Bryce Douglas Jansen, 35, was killed after his car drifted over the center line....
