Jefferson fair closes with high attendance

MADRAS - Justin Hendrix, 12, of Madras, dressed up a lamb Saturday in a tie-dyed hat, grass-hula skirt and oversized, neon green sunglasses with four of his friends during the Wild Sheep Fitting Contest on Saturday at the Jefferson County Fair.
