I hope everyone will read the July 18 In My View ("Bend must enforce its animal code"). What happened to Mr. Patterson, a World War II Navy veteran, and his dog, and the subsequent investigation by the Bend police, is a disgrace to our community. Clearly, the handling of this attack....
