Winds over 20 mph propelled the Black Crater fire to grow from 1,500 acres last night to more than 2,684 acres today, the Northwest Oregon Interagency Incident Management Team said this morning. Even stronger winds had been expected today but have not materialized as of 5 p.m. today. The force....
