REDMOND - When the new Tom McCall Elementary School opens in August, it will have more than just the former Oregon governor's name.

Tom McCall's childhood rocking horse, Pegasus, will greet more than 450 students and faculty as they enter the new building and will stand as a reminder of McCall's....
