Nonprofits get time at The Tower

Bend gives unused time at theater to area groups for reduced rate

The curtain has fallen on the days when the Bend City Council held meetings at the Tower Theatre. But a recent agreement between the city and the Tower Theatre Foundation could allow some nonprofits to take the stage in its place.
