REDMOND - Jesse Anderson, 9, moaned as his twin brother, Levi, wrapped his forearm with a bandage Friday afternoon.

"Hurry up, it's bleeding," Jesse said, pretending to be injured.

The brothers burst into giggles as Levi struggled to tie the bandage. Levi, wearing the plastic gloves....
