Police arrest driver in March Santiam crash

Oregon State Police arrested a Corvallis man Friday in connection with a deadly crash this spring near Santiam Pass.

Pengcheng Wu, 34, was arrested on charges of criminally negligent homicide in the death of his mother-in-law, 57-year-old Ju Feng, on March 18.
