Developer to pay most of Sisters bridge costs

SISTERS - The city of Sisters stood its ground in a growing feud over a bridge project Thursday night.

The Timber Creek Bridge is not yet built, but when finished it will span Whychus Creek in southeast Sisters and provide a second access route for roughly 90 acres of residential land.
