Defending champ Scott Moninger is making a run for his fifth Cascade Cycling Classic title this week but a slew of cyclists are hoping this is their year

Defending champion Scott Moninger has won the event four times.

Chris Baldwin has finished second four times.

Baldwin is one of a host of cyclists looking to dethrone Moninger at this week's Cascade Cycling Classic, which starts today and runs through Sunday.
