Ellsbury steps up to Class AA squad

PORTLAND, Maine " Jacoby Ellsbury of Madras is about to take another step up the ladder of professional baseball.

The 22-year-old center fielder learned Monday night that he is being promoted to the Portland Sea Dogs, the Class AA Eastern League affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
