It's heartening to see public transportation coming to Bend. We've reached the point where it's necessary.
Our thoroughfares have reached clogdom. Southeast Reed Market Road is sluggish all day. In the late afternoon, it's a mess. Neff Road can't carry much more without widening. Portland....
