Central Oregon Community College did not receive any buyers for a 5-acre parcel of land on top of Awbrey Butte, after a deadline of 5 p.m. Wednesday passed without any takers.

The COCC board had planned to respond to all offers within 48 hours of the Wednesday time frame so it could give a fair....
