An unidentified Madras man was seriously injured, and received first aid from a U.S. Marine in full dress uniform, after a three-vehicle crash around 3:45 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 97 south of Madras, according to a news release from the Oregon State Police.
The accident blocked the highway....
