Citizens foot bill for officials' visit to Japan, Korea

SALEM - Oregon taxpayers will pick up much of the tab for a trade mission to Japan and Korea this week that was led by Gov. Ted Kulongoski.

So far, the tab is estimated at more than $200,000, but agencies are still adding up the costs.

But if all goes according to plan, taxpayers will eventually....
