Central Oregon foresters host Russian counterparts

CAMP SHERMAN - Standing on the banks of the Metolius River, Valery P. Roshchupkin, the head of the Russian Federal Forestry Agency, compared the surrounding scattered trees to the dense, wild forests he manages an ocean away.
