Sisters City Council passes $16.8M budget; plans include new City Hall, recycling center

The Sisters City Council recently passed its 2006-07 budget of $16.8 million.

The budget, which is 26 percent higher than the 2005-06 $13.3 million budget, focuses on the theme "Building for the Future."
