What have we become? Abu Ghraib, Haditha, Guantanamo. In his view, Max Boot (Bulletin, June 11) suggests that winning a war diminishes the significance of war crimes. I hope not.
He neatly slips in that troops are accused of employing excessive force and uses the 1968 My Lai massacre of 500....
