Deschutes County commissioners agreed Monday to give Bend's park district the right to develop a 160-acre piece of farmland southeast of town. In exchange, the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District agreed to rezone two nearby 80-acre parcels to remove the development rights, said county staff.....
