BEND’S KING 11TH IN STEEPLECHASE

INDIANAPOLIS - Max King of Bend raced to an 11th-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Sunday.

King, 26, finished the race in 8 minutes, 37.92 seconds.
