Country music star Lee Ann Womack will headline the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo in August.

Womack, who scored a mega-hit in 2000 with the single "I Hope You Dance," will play Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. in the fairgrounds' Hooker Creek Event Center.
