David Ellis, 50, of La Pine, was accidentally shot Wednesday night by his 40-year-old friend and roommate, Chester Detwiler, according to the Des-chutes County Sheriff's Office.
Ellis was transported to St. Charles Medical Center-Bend, a news release said, but his injury was not life....
