Blues harmonica ace Paul deLay and his band will play a "G.I. Blues" concert tonight at Midtown Ballroom to benefit Central Oregon Veterans Outreach.

DeLay is based in Portland and has been praised for his harp work by B.B. King, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, and various blues publications.....
