Wal-Mart asks LUBA to send case back to Bend for reconsideration

SALEM - Retail giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc. asked the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals on Thursday to force a hearings officer to revisit her rejection of a supercenter on the north end of Bend.
