Ronald Ray Carter, of Redmond, died Tuesday. He was 57.
A memorial gathering will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Mr. Carter's home. Attendees are encouraged to wear hot rod T-shirts, bring hot rod memorabilia and drive a hot rod to the memorial.
