Key founder of Mirror Pond Gallery dies; spirit lives on

In deep forests and ancient wagons, Norma Doyle still lives.

Though the 82-year-old Bend artist died Monday from heart problems, her spirit lingers in paintings of ponds, peaches and black cats.

Memories of Doyle also remain with her friends of Mirror Pond Gallery, a hub for artists she helped....
