Every day is Memorial Day for Bend VFW Honor Guard

Bend veterans regularly honor those who served their country

Bob Cusick went off to Vietnam for 13 months of war and managed to return to Bend in one piece. His high school classmate, who served in the Army, came home from Vietnam in a casket after being killed in a helicopter crash.

Since then, 59-year-old Cusick has done his part to honor fallen....
