Permit forgeries displace some Bend homeowners

Monticello Homes terminates local supervisor, picks up expenses for affected residents

A rash of forged city building permits and inspection documents have sprung up in two Bend housing developments, temporarily dislocating some homeowners and sending the Bend police on a paper-trail investigation.
