Raymond John Nelson of Bend died Wednesday of heart failure. He was 84.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints High Desert Ward Chapel on Knotts Road. A graveside service will follow the funeral at Pilot Butte....
