At tonight's meeting, the Bend City Council will consider an ordinance governing the closure of mobile home parks. The ordinance, modeled after one in Wilsonville, is an indefensible money grab, yet at least one councilor - John Hummel - wants to adopt it as quickly as possible. Bend could soon....
