Sutherlin seizes lead at girls tournament

REDMOND - Sutherlin broke out to a big lead, while Sisters and La Pine each had fair performances in the first round of the Class 3A-2A-1A girls state golf championships at Eagle Crest Resort's Ridge Course on Monday.

Sisters is in 13th place with a team total of 430, and La Pine is in 17th out....
