Bend Public Library readings allow artists to meet other poets in area

As could have been expected, Drake Park was packed Sunday, with families and joggers and bicyclists soaking up the sun. But a few blocks away, Bend's literary mavens passed on picture-perfect weather in favor of the pleasures of poetry.
