ODOT to clean drains on Bend highways

Oregon Department of Transportation crews will begin cleaning drains on Bend area highways this week. Crews will be working from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Bend Parkway and U.S. Highway 20 on Third Street and Greenwood Avenue. Drivers should expect minor delays.
