Judge enters $6.6 million judgment in utility trial

A judge ordered the city of Bend Friday to pay more than $6.6 million for the condemned Juniper Utility Co., ending another round of a four-year battle with the former owner of the water and sewage treatment facility.

That amount stands in stark contrast to the $600,000 settlement the city....
