We moved to Bend 10 years ago because it was a nice, quiet, small town with plenty of undeveloped land to look at and enjoy. This is no longer the case, and the recent article, "Big Builder Comes to Bend," reconfirms my contention that our future quality of life is in severe jeopardy.....
