Bend's Columbia Aircraft celebrates milestone

Bend-based Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Co. celebrated a milestone Thursday when its 400th airplane rolled off the assembly line at the company's manufacturing facility.

The company, formerly known as The Lancair Co., produced its first plane in 2000.
