Hoodoo ski season ends on high note

Hoodoo ski area closed for the season Monday, ending one of its best years in recent memory.

Brynne Beverly, Hoodoo's office manager, said the Santiam Pass ski area 20 miles from Sisters saw 75,000 skier and snowboarder visits during the 2005-2006 season, which started Dec. 2.
