Capital campaign begins raising funds for challenge grant

The St. Charles Foundation announced that its Expanding the Vision capital campaign may receive $600,000 via a challenge grant.

In a news release, the foundation said if it raises $600,000 by Dec. 31, then it will be matched by The Kresge Foundation.
