Cascade Bancorp's Idaho-based bank acquisition final

Bend-based Cascade Bancorp, parent company of Bank of the Cascades, completed its acquisition of an Idaho-based bank Thursday.

In the process, it has grown significantly and expanded out of state for the first time.
