Many children outgrow car seats too early

Sometimes growing up, it's hard to fit in.

At 2 years, 4 months old, Tenzin Aycock is more than 3 feet tall and weighs 41 pounds, and he just doesn't fit in his car seat.

"He's really big," says his mother, Rima Wilson. "And more than that, he's heavy."
